Dashboards

These give an overview of the overall and detailed performance of the organisation and consist of various sections, showing information under the form of a list of green/orange/red indicators, all kinds of graphics and other information the manager needs to get a fast and straightforward view on the organisation. These dashboards can be tailored individually if desired.

Key Performance Indicators / Scorecards

This is a graphical presentation of highly aggregated information, indicators expressed in a variety of colors to indicate if the business goals are met. These can be indicators like sales, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, inventory turn-around, etc.. Green shows good numbers, red show bad or worsening indicators. Usually these indicators are grouped together to form scorecards.
